I love preserving food...there is something so rewarding about it.
It looks nice, it smells good and it just feels great!
It was a good day!
Spiced pears and perfect peaches, super delicious with melted cheese on toast
when it's cold outside and you can't great good local fresh produce!
I know I'm gonna regret not canning more.
